What It Looks Like to Start Where You Are with Julia Inserro

We’re always told to just start where we are, but what does that actually look like? Today’s guest is here to give us an inside view of what it looked like when the whispers started calling her to write children’s books. With three children under the age of three, living abroad, and having no experience in the publishing world, Julia Inserro spoke her dream out loud, asked for the support she needed to bring it together, and with the seed of an idea, her scissors, and glue she put together her first children’s book, which has now sold over 15,000 copies and was the springboard for writing 8 more books to date.
